Since QPU ascella has gone back online recently, the jobs have sent to it have been frequently encountering an error. A few seconds after submission, their status shows “Error”. Sometimes the issue is brief and only a couple of jobs get affected in a continuous stream of jobs and sometimes no matter how many jobs are continuously run, they all run into the issue. The photo below (if it has loaded properly) shows the job details for such an instance.
Any help with this would be appreciated, thank you.

I am now getting this same error too. I was able to run things fine yesterday but am now getting the exact same error as shown despite there seemingly having been a temporary fix for a day or so.
I doubt it’s the code I’m using as even when attempting one of the given examples, “Remote computing on Quandela Cloud — perceval v0.13 documentation” (Remote computing on Quandela Cloud — perceval v0.13 documentation), I still get the same RUNTIME ERROR.
Note that the code runs fine on sim:ascella just not qpu:ascella so there is likely only an issue with the latter.
