SLAP

`SLAP` (Simulator of LAttice of Polynomials) is a strong simulation back-end. The exqalibur C++ class is highly
optimised and wrapped in a Python class exposing the same API as other strong simulation back-ends (see
:ref:`SLAPBackend`)
